We’ll transfer your exclusive, pre-designed Shopify store to your account within 1-2 business days, after which you will input your products in content to push your new store live within just a few hours to a day.
Do I need any technical skills to update and manage my Shopify Store?
You must have a basic working knowledge of how to use Shopify’s platform—for example how to upload text, images, and products to your store. The good news is this is super easy to do and only takes a couple of minutes on Shopify’s help center to learn how to do so! Shopify is built with the backend user experience in mind, allowing you to manage your store without any major technical chops.
Can I customize my premade Shopify store?
Because these premade stores are meticulously crafted, with each section carefully considered and conversion-focused, unlike a traditional Shopify theme these premade stores are meant to be used mostly as shown in the preview (beyond updating your copy, products, images, collections/navigation). You will have the full ability to add, edit, and change your stores as you’d like, just note that due to limitations with custom code sometimes doing this may cause unwanted effects on the design.
What if I need more help?
If you want to add to or change anything about your store beyond what's shown in the preview (adding sections, updating code, adjusting the design, changing fonts etc.), we offer Additional Support time as an add-on to your purchase that will ensure your updates get done in harmony with the rest of the design + functionality! Once you book this, we recommend that you first get your store as close to launch as possible, then hand us a prioritized list of tasks you’d like done on your store. We’ll then dive in and get these updates done for you.
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the nature of this digital product, once the store + its proprietary custom code is transferred to you, there’s no way for you to “return” it. Because of these, we have a strict no-refund policy.
